Yesterday morning I was out early to catch again (maybe) a beautiful sunrise as the sky was full of colours…I found a beautiful place where I can stand and wait for the sun…My eyes were watching the East and I was clicking from time to time for every little change on the sky as I always do…Then I heard geese I believe, quacking on the West where there was mist and darkness… The images don’t have any photographic value, but it was delightful to follow their early flight and then they disappeared in the mist. I thought I could share their photos with you…Bright images are from sunrise almost at the same moments. April 10, 2015 at 7.16 am CET = Central European Time
I am greeting you all from my Tuesday, March 24, 2015… Today was meant to finish the work I’ve been working on, and do a lot of other things and not posting here. It was misty while feeding the birds early morning, meant also not running down the hill for sunrise photos. Later when I opened the front door with a cup of coffee in hand to greet my birds and the day, I saw the sun coming behind the tall Leyland Cypress and I wanted to share these images with you…
I wish you all a beautiful day 🙂
After days of rain and stormy winds, we’ve had a dry period this morning. I saw the beautiful colour on the sky: There was no stopping me! The beauty of this morning was that while the sun started to send its rays from the East, on the West the blue sky had still the visiting Moon: Last quarter, Visible: 50% ↓, Age: 22 days…
The sunrise was dramatic to say the least. Here are some photos…
I hope you’ve had / you’re having a fine Tuesday.
Hugs 🙂 xxx
I try to spread, fill bird food as early as possible in the mornings, before the birds start to fly. And then again in the afternoon; as the days are getting shorter, nowadays at noon exactly.
The other day, I went out, started from front garden as usual, sleepy, without looking around, then went to back garden and I froze! I saw the skies, burning skies…The cloud formation; the colours were so different than every, clear day sky. I take many photos on different days either on sunrise or sunset and they never see the daylight; they are stuck in my PC, because nothing special about them. But that morning, it was totally different than I am used to photograph being exceptional…
I threw everything, ran home, and got my camera, down the hill to the dawn, almost sunrise. In awe of Nature one more time, started to click. These are some of them. I hope you’ll like this wonderful sunrise…
Wishing you all a beautiful Remembrance Sunday with my hugs xxx

This morning’s dawn and sunrise near to my house between 7.07 and 8.01 on October 27, 2014… I took 101 photos, I am presenting here a few of them. Have I ever mentioned you that I am crazy about sunrises & sunsets? Please bear with me; I may yet take the best picture of my life, who knows?
I wish you all a magical Monday and a new week full of warmth 🙂
A fresh summer morning, just after 5am, I opened my eyes to a dark Tuesday. Days are rapidly getting shorter now as we approach to the September equinox. Through the glass front door, the moon was still smiling to the earth; secretly thinking to me as well, I took my camera to shoot some moon photos, having a last conversation with a Twitter friend about the moon the previous evening, exchanging moon photos…Took my camera, turned off the outside light, stepped out into the cool, dark morning…
On returning to my warm house, I saw a message: a beautiful piece of music sent by a dear friend: an exciting, wonderful start to this Tuesday…While feeding birds, I saw the skies; the sun was about to rise and warm up our part of the world; had to dress as quickly as I could, left home, running down the hill…As there are many tall trees where I live the best sunrise can be observed down the hill where meadows give a very good picture to dawn & sunrise.
My day is still very early. I am going to share my photos with you from this morning; from early moon to late moon on sunrise… I do wish you all a stunning Tuesday, hugs xx
No more rain, maybe fog, better get up early to watch the beautiful sunrise…
Sun intrigues me, only when opening eyes to greet the earth where I live and closing them to leave us to darkening skies.
Conundrum: which one first? Feeding birds or running down the hill to greet the sun’s first rays.
Love taking photos when this happens: Each time other colour combinations, other clouds, misty or bright or dreamy and sleepy, yet determined each and every time to make an appearance.
Millions year old, still beautiful, powerful, the best actor, in the best show ever on earth.
“There will always be sunrises, sunsets, somewhere on this world.”
I will witness mine over and over again whenever I can, wherever I will be.
