Two years ago on a hot July morning we went to The Botanical Garden in Leuven, in The Flanders. It was located in the center, so not very big. By the time we reached there it was noon, very bright, and very hot! I could shoot some flowers, flower beds. As I look back now I don’t like my photos of that day, very amateurish, very shiny.
It was a beautiful day all the same. Leuven is a very old and beautiful city: “Leuven is the capital of the province of Flemish Brabant in Belgium. It is located about 25 kilometers east of Brussels, close to other neighbouring towns such as Mechelen, Aarschot, Tienen, and Wavre.” One shouldn’t mistake it with later purpose-built “Louvain-la-Neuve” (translated as The New Leuven, but only the French name is used) that is a university city/town.
I wish you all a very pleasant Thursday 🙂
